The archive content determines the type of scanners we use for processing. Regular size documents are processed on Kodak Alaris document scanners, while large formats (technical or consruction drawings) require large-format sheet fed scanners. Both types of scanners use the Kodak Capture Pro scanning application, and we continuously check the quality of scanned images
This is followed by indexing directly in the Kodak Capture Pro scanning application or in our own ScanIndex application.
We’ll deliver the scanned documents and captured data to you in your preferred format (PDF/A and XML).
Security and quality of processing are equally as important to us as they are to you. This is why we offer an audit trail of all processing steps using our own ScanLog application. You can monitor the individual document processing phases at any time.
Quality management is an integral part of every implemented project. We will compile a specific quality plan during the preparatory phase that is based on your requirements.
